Summary
This process allows the employees to submit a Request to register a supplemental employment. After the employee submits the form, the Supplemental Employment Form Process provides four approval level: the Primary Manager, the Secondary Manager, the HR Manager and the Finance Manager. Along the workflow notifications are sent to the different users.

The Employee starts the Supplemental Employment V1.0 process and submits the details of the Supplemental Employment Request.
The Employee Details section is populated with the information of the employee. Currently this information is hardcoded for Jessica Parker as currently the process interacts with the Employee collection, and not with the ProcessMaker users
Then, the employee can enter the Supplemental Employment Information: Job Title, Department, Star and End Dates, the Additional weekly hours and the Total Compensation and Additional Details for the supplemental employment, and submit the form.
In the next parallel tasks, the Primary Manager, Secondary Manager, HR Manager and Finance Manager review the request. They can include Comments, and they can either Reject, Approve the request or ask for More Information. In the later case, the request returns to the employee and the workflow start again (see Workflow image above).
