Export Support Information

This document will describe how a user can extract a support file from ProcessMaker so that they can provide it to ProcessMaker so that we can help troubleshoot any technical issues.

Note: This is only available in the Enterprise Edition of ProcessMaker.

 

Step 1

Go to the ProcessMaker URL and login with an administrative user.

 

Step 2

Navigate to the "ADMIN" page.

 

Step 3

Navigate to the tab "Plugins".

 

Step 4

Navigate to the menu item "Enterprise Manager".

 

Step 5

Navigate to the tab "Support" on the right hand panel.

 

Step 6

Click on the button "Generate".

 

Step 7

Save the file that gets generated anywhere on your computer.

 

Step 8

Email the file to the ProcessMaker support person who requested it from you.
