Summary

The Trust Account Disbursement process allows bank customers to request disbursement from a Trust Account. A Trust Account is a bank account held by a trust that trustees may use to pay incidental expenses and disperse assets to a trust's beneficiaries, after a settlor's death. The application form can be sent to them by the banker via the Engage engine or is accessible by web entry directly on the bank’s website. After submitting the application form, the application goes to the banker for review, and the banker can reject, approve or send the application back to the customer for revision. If the application is approved, a PDF of the application is generated and the process is completed.
