Summary

This process allows a case with supporting documentation to be routed to members of a committee for approval. Two examples are included:

  1. Course Approval Committee

  2. Party Planning Committee

When a committee needs to be defined, the user can select “I don’t know which committee to use.” They can request a committee be created as part of the process by the IT Helpdesk user.
