Summary
The Written Statement of Unauthorized Debit process allows bank customers to contest unauthorized debits on their existing bank account. The form can be sent to them by the banker through the Engage process or is accessible by web entry directly on the bank’s website. After submitting the application form, the application goes to the banker for review, and the banker can reject, approve or send the application back to the customer for revision. If the application is approved, a PDF of the application is generated and the process is completed.
