Employee Termination

The Employee Termination is a generic process for any industry used to offboard an employee. This process is composed of 4 activities divided into 3 areas: HR, IT and the financial department. This process tracks a checklist of activities need to board the employee, such as deleting or inactiving existing IT user accounts, returning resources such as a laptop and monitor, and updating any futher employee information. After the activities in the different areas are checked, the request is later reviewed by the HR department to conclude the termination process.
