IT & Facilities Onboarding

The new hire IT & facilities onboarding process is meant to facilitate onboarding tasks for new hires by the IT and Facilities departments.

1. The HR manager starts the IT And Facilities Onboarding process and submits the details of the onboarding of a new employee to be completed by the Facility Manager and IT Manager.

   • In the Employee Details section, the user selects one Employee Id, then, the employee information is populated. This information comes from the Employee collection that is updated in the New Employee Offer process.

   • In both the Facility and IT sections, the user can select the Onboarding Items for the new employee. Likewise, she can Add New Items as needed; new items will be available for future requests.

   • Lastly, in the HR Comments field the user can include any comments for the Facility manager or IT manager.

   • After the request is submitted, the onboarding items selected are created for the coming tasks.

2. In the next parallel tasks, the Facility Manager and IT Manager review onboarding items. They can include Details of the assignment and the Completion Date for each onboarding items. They also can Add New Items and include Comments. Finally they can Save or Submit the request .

3. When both the Facility Manager and the IT Manager finish the request, the HR Manager can review the onboarding items completed and submit the notification to the new Employee
