Summary
The student hold template allows university administrators with permissions to create a hold for students. Holds are added to students' records for a variety of reasons. Generally, they indicate that a University office needs the student to resolve something (pay a bill, return a book), do something (orientation), or see someone (advisement).

This is the Create Student Hold process.
In this process the administrator starts a request within the PM application to place a Hold on a Student’s record and sends it to the approver. (There is no webentry for this process).
ProcessMaker sends the approver an email with a link to the request.
The approver approves, rejects, or requires more information from the requester.
If the approver rejects the request, the system sends an email to the requester with the rejection reasons.
If the approver accepts the request the process goes to the task “Create Student Hold in the E R P”, where the administrator manually registers it.
If the request needs clarification, ProcessMaker sends it to the requestor along with an email asking to resubmit the Student Hold request.
