Summary
The graduation process or application for graduation template allows students to apply for graduation. This template can be embedded into the university’s website where students can submit their corresponding requests. Additionally, this process is set up to send email notifications to the students in case it is required some clarification of the request.

Students applies for graduation
The student submits the application for graduation, the system sends an email to the registrar’s office to approve the request
The registrar can approve, deny or send the request back to the students for clarification
If the application for graduation request requires some clarification or additional information, it is sent back to the student for clarification, the system sends an email to the student clarify his/her graduation request, and then resubmit the request
If the request is denied, an email would be sent to the student with corresponding reasons
If the request is approved, an email would be sent to the student confirming approval.
