Summary
This process allows students to submit a request to withdraw from a course that they are currently enrolled in. After submitting the Student Withdrawal Request form, the form is then sent to their advisor for approval. The advisor receives an email notification with the link to the intermediate web entry, where they’ll find the review form. If the form is rejected, then an automated notification is sent to the student notifiying them that their withdrawal was rejected. If the request is approved by the advisor, it is then sent to the Registrar who logs in and completes the process by manually entering the withdrawal into their system.
